Telehealth ABA
HIPAA-secure video sessions that bring evidence-based ABA therapy to your family, wherever you are.
Built for families who need flexibility without compromise.
Telehealth ABA is not a reduced version of therapy. It is a delivery model backed by a growing body of research showing outcomes comparable to in-person services, especially for children whose goals center on home-based skills and communication.
Our telehealth program is a strong fit for families across a range of circumstances.
Far from a clinic
Families in rural or underserved areas who would otherwise face long commutes or long waitlists.
Scheduling constraints
Caregivers with demanding work schedules, multiple children, or limited transportation who need flexibility.
Health or sensory needs
Children with immune concerns, anxiety around new environments, or sensory sensitivities that make travel difficult.
Generalization-focused goals
Families prioritizing skills that apply directly in the home, meal routines, sibling interactions, self-care.
A typical telehealth session,
minute by minute.
Sessions run 2–3 hours. Here is how a standard hour breaks down.
Log on and warm-up
The RBT connects, greets your child, and reviews the session plan with the caregiver before starting.
Skill practice
Naturalistic teaching and discrete trials using materials already in your home (toys, books, household objects) to make learning immediately relevant.
Play and generalization
Skills are practiced in a less structured, play-based context. Caregivers are coached to facilitate interactions naturally.
Caregiver coaching
The RBT debriefs with the caregiver on screen, demonstrates key strategies, and sets one or two practice targets for between sessions.
Data and BCBA review
Session data is entered in real time and reviewed by the supervising BCBA. Adjustments are made to keep your child's progress on track.

The setup is simpler than you think.
No special equipment. No clinic visit. Most families are ready within a day of enrollment.
A device with a camera
A tablet, laptop, or desktop with a working camera and microphone. A tablet is ideal for young children, it can be positioned at child height and moved around the space easily.
Stable internet
A reliable broadband connection (at least 5 Mbps upload). Most home Wi-Fi is more than sufficient. A wired connection reduces the chance of dropouts.
A usable space
A room where your child can move around comfortably. It does not need to be tidy or special, the RBT will work with whatever is there.
A caregiver present
A parent or caregiver must be available during each session, both for safety and because active caregiver participation is built into the model.
You are part of every session.
Telehealth ABA is uniquely designed for high caregiver involvement. Research shows it is one of the strongest predictors of long-term outcomes.
Observe every session
Because sessions happen at home, caregivers see exactly what strategies the RBT uses and can ask questions in real time.
Practice between sessions
The RBT assigns 1–2 short home practice targets each session so skills are reinforced during daily routines, not only during therapy hours.
Monthly caregiver training
Each month the supervising BCBA schedules a dedicated parent training session to review progress data, update goals, and build your skills directly.
Monthly progress reports
You receive a written data summary each month showing exactly how your child is progressing against each goal, written in plain language.
Telehealth ABA, answered honestly.
Research comparing telehealth and in-person ABA shows comparable outcomes for most children when caregivers are actively involved. For skills that need to generalize at home, communication, self-care, family routines, telehealth often produces faster generalization because therapy happens in the actual environment where the skill is needed.
We use a HIPAA-compliant video platform. You will receive a secure link before each session, no downloads or accounts needed for families. All session recordings (when applicable) are stored with full encryption.
This is completely normal, especially at the start. Our RBTs are trained specifically for telehealth engagement, they use movement-based activities, follow your child's lead on camera, and coach caregivers on how to keep sessions flowing naturally. A portable device makes a significant difference for active children.
The supervising BCBA reviews session data after every session and joins live observation sessions regularly. They are available by phone or message between sessions and conduct monthly parent training calls directly with you.
The RBT will attempt to reconnect immediately. If the connection cannot be restored within a few minutes, the session is rescheduled. We track session completion rates and will not charge for incomplete sessions caused by platform or connectivity issues on our end.
The team at Super Sprout ABA changed our lives. Within three months our son was communicating in ways we had only dreamed of. The BCBA kept us involved every step of the way.
