What's typically covered
Most plans cover BCBA assessment, treatment plan development, direct RBT therapy sessions, BCBA supervision, and parent training. The number of authorized hours per week is based on your BCBA's clinical recommendation.
Private pay options
No insurance? We offer transparent private-pay rates with no hidden fees. Ask about hourly and package pricing during your intake call. Many families combine private pay with school-based or waiver funding.
Financial assistance
We help you identify state waiver programs, Medicaid buy-in options, and nonprofit grants that may reduce out-of-pocket costs. Our intake coordinator knows the funding landscape and will walk you through every option.

We typically complete verification within 1 business day of receiving your form. In some cases, large insurers require a direct provider line call, which can take slightly longer, but we will always keep you updated.
We handle appeals on your behalf. Our billing team is experienced with denial management and will submit clinical documentation and peer-to-peer reviews as needed. The majority of properly documented claims are approved on first submission or appeal.
